St. Ansgar

St. Ansgar, nicknamed "The Garden Spot of Iowa," aquires its name from the endless acres of fertile farmland, magnificant trees and colorful gardens. St. Ansgar was founded in 1853 by a group of Norwegian farmers and named after a 9th century patron saint.
