Checking these boxes acknowledges expectations: *

Visitors or Contractors having exposure to pigs not owned by ISF must have a minimum of 3 nights of downtime prior to farm entry.
Persons traveling outside of the United States must have a minimum of 3 nights of downtime in country prior to farm entry.
Travel to a country that has African Swine Fever must have a minimum of 5 nights downtime in country prior to farm entry.

Checking these boxes acknowledges guidelines: *

All contractors and visitors must have an appointment and be approved by the farm's direct supervisor. Farm personnel may deny access to individuals that do not meet the requirements for entry.
Cameras, recording devices, pictures, or recordings are strictly prohibited within our facilities without prior written consent from ISF senior management.
Cell phones are not allowed into the farm and must be turned off/silenced and left on the dirty side of the bench/ entry way clean/dirty line(exterior or non-farm side).
Lunches must contain only lunch-related items. Lunches enter the farm through the UV chamber or pass-through window and must be double-bagged. Lunch containers must be disposable. Raw pork is prohibited.
Showering into and out of pig production facilities is required.
Use of farm-provided towels and clothing is mandatory.
