“The Clarion Police Department is excited to receive Henry’s Heroes Comfort Kits,” said Jennifer Littlejohn, Office Manager & Ambulance Director at Clarion Police and Ambulance. “Offering another tool for our officers to help calm and comfort children experiencing difficult situations adds another layer to our positive community policing practices.”
Earlier this month, the Clarion Police Department received a donation of 15 Henry's Heroes Law Enforcement Comfort Kits from Iowa Select Farms and the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation. The Kits were designed to provide comfort to children during difficult and unexpected situations. Each Kit includes (the softest!) blankets, cuddly stuffed animals, pacifiers, activity kits, toy trains and cars, lip balm and tissues.
Law enforcement in the 55 counties where Iowa Select Farms has farms are eligible to receive Henry’s Heroes Law Enforcement Comfort Kits.
