Congratulations to Erin Snell on your Iowa Select Farms Future Ag Leader Scholarship!
Erin is a graduate of the Ballard Community School District and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Sustainability at Iowa State University.
“I have an interest in sustainability and technology, and mechanical engineering is providing me with the skills and knowledge to work in these areas.,” explained Erin. “I am interested in finding sustainable long-term solutions for today's climate crisis. I plan on attending graduate school to continue learning and researching ways to work towards a more sustainable future.”
Erin was previously an intern with Hansen Ag Solutions and her father Lloyd Snell works for Hansen Ag Solutions. She shares that “I appreciate the dedication Iowa Select Farms has to its employees. Through programs such as this, I see a company that cares about the prosperity and development of its employees on an individual basis.”
