Congratulations to Jesus Soto Gonzalez on your Iowa Select Farms Future Ag Leader Scholarship!

Jesus is a graduate of South Hamilton High School and is pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts and focusing on Diesel Technology at Des Moines Area Community College.

“Agriculture has always been part of my life and I have learned the importance that it has around the world. Agriculture is part of our everyday life in the food that we eat, the clothes that we have, and provides hard-working families with the income they need. That is why I chose the diesel technology field to give as much help as I can to keep the importance of this field and make it grow along with the demands and needs of our people or community, he explains.

Jesus is the son of Horacio Soto Gonzalez of Jewell, Iowa.
