Thanks to everyone who came out to experience what we believe is the best state fair in the U.S. Employees, contractors and friends of Iowa Select Farms turned the midway into a sea of turquoise blue as they explored the fair and enjoyed dinners at the Iowa Pork Tent, Pork Chops on a Stick, Beattie’s Cup of Watermelon, ice cream and much more. What a fun day with our favorite people at our favorite fair!

Ashley Dyer Heads Hooper Sow Farm Farrowing Department

As the farrowing department head, Ashley and her team of Selene, Vivian, Dolly, David, Zory, Hugo, Alonzo and Yulissa—to name a few—will receive the gestating sows within a day or two of farrowing, make them comfortable, monitor health and feed intake, and then assist with birthing.
