Congratulations to Jaci Haidsiak on your Iowa Select Farms Future Ag Leaders Scholarship! Jaci is the daughter of Josh and Jessie Haidsiak of Diagonal, Iowa, a 2017 graduate of Diagonal High School and is studying early childhood development at Des Moines Community College.
“After college, I would like to become a kindergarten teacher,” she says. “I love working with children and enjoy teaching them how to read and write. I want to contribute my passion for learning onto the next generation as soon as I can while still being able to hold their attention.”
“I grew to love kids by babysitting and working in my town’s local daycare center,” she continues. “I love when we do story time and teaching kids to count and learn all the letters in the alphabet. I love working with people and I am always trying to be the best I can by working hard and doing what is asked of me.”
Jaci says her most outstanding impression of Iowa Select Farms is the good things they do to give back to the communities in which their employees live and work.
Josh is a GDU Manager for Iowa Select Farms and has been with the company for eight years.
