Congratulations to Shad Haidsiak on your Iowa Select Farms Future Ag Leaders Scholarship! Shad is a 2013 graduate of Diagonal High School, Shad is studying construction engineering at Iowa State University. He is the son of Josh and Jessie Haidsiak of Diagonal.
“My future career goal is to obtain a job in the Midwest as a County Engineer, Project Manager Engineer, or some type of Engineer/Foreman on a construction site,” he says. “I’ll be looking for a job where I can make a difference with expected leadership roles, large responsibilities, working with teams, and the betterment of my future local and national community.”
“I plan to achieve these goals by striving for success with strong focus, perseverance and a strong work ethic,” Shad continues. “I look forward to taking on and accepting the many challenges that my career will give me.”
Shad says Iowa Select Farms is a “great company with lots of jobs specific to Iowa. There are many opportunities to move up in a career at Iowa Select and I especially like how they are so family oriented.”
Josh is a GDU Manager for Iowa Select Farms and has been with the company for eight years.
