Groups in Osage Receive CommunityCare Grant

We’re excited to announce that three local organizations have been awarded a CommunityCare grant from Iowa Select Farms. Among this year’s recipients are Osage Community Schools, Osage Firefighters Association and Osage Police Department.

“Since being established in 2016, we have supported many local organizations through the CommunityCare grant,” said Jenn Crall, public affairs director for Iowa Select Farms. “We’re excited to continue supporting local efforts that strengthen our community.”

Osage Community Schools was awarded $10,000 for a new playground at Lincoln Elementary School and Osage Community Daycare, the Osage Firefighters Association was awarded $1,600 to update Nomex fire hoods and the Osage Police Department was awarded $3,306 to help purchase new patrol vehicle equipment.
