Jason Paysen Named 2019 Most Improved on the Finishing Team

Congratulations to Jason Paysen, longtime Iowa Select Farms Finishing Supervisor, for not only tying for first place, but also being named 2019 Most Improved on the finishing team.

"It's all about communication," he said. "You have to make sure that you're communicating with your managers, vet staff, senior supervisors and so on. That's what it takes to get the job done."
