"This program will help fill the tummies of little children whose parents are less fortunate," said Diane Braun, Administrative Assistant at Roland-Story Elementary School. "When they come to school full, they will do better academically which will help them for years to come."

The Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation and Iowa Select Farms made two deliveries within the Roland-Story Elementary School, leaving them with 800 Power Snack booklets and 400 pork sticks.

"The Power Snack program is so great and we appreciate it so much," said Brian Town, Principal at Roland-Story Middle School. "We put these coupon packs in our school food pantry for our families and in the past have mailed them anonymously to our families. We appreciate your generosity!"

Each Power Snack coupon booklet is valued at $8 and provides assistance to children and families in need by giving them the ability to purchase necessary protein like ham and whole wheat bread.
