Osage Middle School received 400 PowerSnack coupons today to distribute to students who may need an extra boost or supplemental source of protein and energy.
The coupon booklets provide $8 worth of shaved or sliced ham and $3 for a loaf of whole wheat bread. These two items create the perfect power snack to allow students to experience hunger relief.
The Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation believes no one should face food insecurity, and we are honored to work with schools in our Homegrown Iowa communities to ensure students come to school with a full stomach and ready to learn!
