Power Snack 2022

“Inflation has made it difficult for some families to provide basic needs to their children,” shared Sharon Stickrock, School Business Director at Ar-We-Va CSD. “Families appreciate having the Power Snack coupons as it truly helps them provide a nutritious meal for their family.”

The Deb and Jeff Hansen recognizes the burden of rising food costs many families face as they enter the grocery store in hopes of providing their families with a nutritious and healthy meal. We believe no family should feel this added stressor and that everyone deserves high-quality protein on their plates.

The 500 Power Snack coupons that were delivered to Ar-We-Va Community School District will help provide over 5,000 delicious and protein-packed meals for students and families in need during these extended breaks from school. In addition, the 200 pork sticks that each district receives will be a good source of providing immediate hunger relief while in the classroom.
