Power Snack Stops in St. Ansgar

"I really cannot thank you enough for continuing the Power Snack program," said Lynn Baldus, Principal of St. Ansgar Middle and High School. "I know how much these coupons mean to our families and each year our students are grateful."

The Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation, in coordination with Iowa Select Farms, delivered 400 Power Snack coupon booklets and 200 pork sticks this afternoon to help end the fight of childhood hunger in Iowa.

With each booklet containing a coupon for $5 worth of fresh deli ham and a coupon for $3 off a loaf of whole wheat bread, as well as easy to follow recipes, students have this as a resource for food over long weekends and school breaks.
