We’re humbled by the volunteers who watch over and care for those who served our country, most of whom are veterans themselves. This past week the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation—through our Project: Food and Fellowship program—offered cases of pork loins to local groups representing Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) posts, American Legion posts, American Veterans (AMVETS), Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Family Alliance for Veterans of America (FAVA), Marine Corps League, Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH), Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA), Homeless Women Veterans, American Women Veterans Organization, Veterans Affairs and family readiness coordinators of our active and reservists.
