Scholarship Winner Spotlight-Abby

“When I am involved in agriculture, I am the happiest,” said Abby Feldpausch, an Iowa Select Farms Future Ag Leaders Scholarship recipient. “My love for the agricultural industry was developed by growing up on my family’s six-generation farm, showing livestock alongside my brothers and competing in FFA contests.”

This passion for agriculture has led Abby to pursue a career that allows her to advocate for this industry. She is working toward a degree in Agricultural Communications from Iowa State University. She hopes to educate consumers so that this important industry continues to feed, fuel, and clothe the world.

Abby is from Beaman, Iowa, and is the daughter of contract site managers Brian and Jen. Her family appreciates that Iowa Select Farms is passionate about giving back to their communities.
