As part of our Henry’s Heroes program, the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation donated 50 STEM carts to libraries in our Homegrown Iowa communities. Iowa Select Farms employees nominated libraries.

The library in Williams—home to many farms and Iowa Select Farms employees—was nominated by Jerry Luhring, Olivia’s dad!

The Iowa Governor’s STEM Advisory Council says that 86% of Iowans support efforts to devote resources to push for more STEM education in Iowa. STEM careers are expected to grow faster, provide greater earning opportunities and produce lower unemployment rates than non-STEM jobs over the next decade.

Through our Henry’s Heroes program, we are committed to finding unique and creative ways to uplift our communities and support our kids and families.
