SelectPride Partner Award

Iowa Select Farms' SelectPride Partner award is individual members or teams within support departments who are nominated by any farm or member of the production team for their effort in helping drive continuous improvement and production performance. Farm teams are encouraged to nominate one, or multiple, support department employees or contractors that go above and beyond the duties of their job.
